Do you accept insurance?
We currently accept some insurances and are working hard to accept more. Click on ay of the booking links on the site to determine if we take your insurance. In the meantime, statements or “superbills” are available in the patient portal after the completion of each visit. These statements can be obtained through the patient portal at the beginning of each calendar month or by request. Please contact your insurance company about the benefits, deductibles and reimbursement rates available to you. Please contact the office for cash pay prices and sliding scale.
How much do services cost?
Each person has a unique mental health journey requiring a tailored care plan for ongoing medication management. Certain medications must be managed and adjusted more frequently than others. A general fee schedule for cash-pay patients is available and will be sent out with the initial forms. A sliding scale may be offered on occasion at the administration's discretion.
How can we communicate between visits?
After the first visit, you will be provided with access to our electronic health record system, which includes a HIPAA-compliant communication component for your convenience. You can also call or text our HIPAA compliant number (706) 225-9565!
Is telehealth availablie?
Telehealth services are available to patients physically located in the State of GA at the time of each visit. Patients are required to be seen in person a minimum of once per year. Certain conditions require in-person visits more frequently, based on the provider's discretion. Telehealth appointments where a patient is not physically in the state at the time of the visit will result in a "no-show fee," and the visit will not be conducted per GA Legislation.
